I am reluctantly selling my Finca in Spain as, for personal reasons, I feel happier in Eastern Europe.

Unusually for an off grid residence it has mains water as well as a cisterna – underground water collection/well.

A substantial property to finish renovating, it is only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest busy village, El Perello, (half an hour brisk walk,) that has many lively cafes and bars and all other essential amenities. It is a short 10 minutes drive to the nearest beautiful beach.

An hour and a half south of Barcelona in Catalunya in a tranquil location where tourism is non- intrusive the property is set in 1.4 hectares of olive groves with carob trees and forest and is fragranced by wild Thyme and Rosemary. The nearest major city is Tarragona – only a convenient 40 minutes drive away.

The house comprises of 73m2 habitable space with a 50m2 patio and a 6m2 covered terrace and, significantly, a quality new 28m2 solid Wooden Cabin with mains water and a wooden kitchen counter and sink already connected.

Do you have some plans (form of the house) made by an architect and are all constructed buildings legal?
No plans sorry. The house is legal and I have instructed my lawyer to obtain official proof and status of my property from the relevant authorities. Now I wait! (20.03.21.)
How is the ground around the house, is it a fertile soil and are the surfaces flat?
The property consists of a huge area of flat land, a football pitch size and many terrraces. Plenty of flat land for cultivation. Many trees – Carob and Olive and some almond. It was originally a farm.
What is the destination plan of the finca and the area around it?
The property consists of approximately 1.4 hectares of land around the house in several adjoined plots. Here are the official boundary/land ownership documents.
Would it be possible to have some animals and build extra housing for them?
Plenty of land for animals. We had chickens. But seriously a herd of goats, cow and donkey would all be way more than comfortable. This was originally a farm, albeit olives, carobs and almonds.
Do you have pictures of the inside of the wooden house (or can you describe what is in there)?
Sadly I did not take any pictures of the cabin but it is a 28m2 solid, quality construction. Underneath the windows is a solid oak wood counter top and round stainless steel sink. The rest of the construction is a blank canvas. We lived in it for several months only before deciding to sell up and return to our house in Eastern Europe.
Can you reach the finca by public transport?
Public transport runs from the village, El Perello, which is a five minute drive from the house or a half an hour walk away.
